Review:
Noted handbell soloist Christine Anderson and composer/editor Anna Laura Page team up and offer this lovely handbell solo with piano of Felix Mendelssohn's beloved work. 3-octaves of handbells are required (and one piano)! The piano sets the mood with harp-like arpeggios in sixteenth-note rhythm before the solo enters on the melody. A separate part for the solo is included and well-marked with performance suggestions and instructions.
