Review:      Mass of Creation was written to provide a Eucharist setting usable by SATB choirs accompanied by organ, with brass, timpani, and handbells, ad lib., as well as by smaller ensembles using guitar, piano and woodwinds. The various instrumental parts contained in the music book edition and the full score edition are interchangeable. The handbells play in various sections, always in chordal texture and simple rhythms and harmonies. Brass ensemble consists of 2 trumpets, 2 trombones, and timpani.
