Review:
This transcription is taken from an organ score by Nicolas Jacques Lemmens (1823-1881). The texture of this composition gives evidence to the well-known fact that organists love to "noodle around" (improvise). The theme is simple and is taken through various rhythms, dynamic levels, special techniques, octave doublings and register presentations. It does end, however, but only after 102 and a fair share of repeats.
