Review:
Bells and/or chimes blend together in this upbeat festival of Christmas songs. After a bright introduction, the tune
"Gentle Mary Laid Her Child/Good King Wenceslas" enters with full chordal textures, followed by
"O How Joyfully" and
"Hark the Herald Angels Sing". The 3-5 octave version includes more techniques and note, but otherwise these two versions are compatible and would be a good choice for a less experienced choir to ring with a choir of greater experience. Set in C Major, measures total 69.
