Review:
Peter Tchaikovsky's beloved Nocturne has been set by Raymond Herbek for 3-octaves of bells. A good work out on expressiveness, chromatic bell changes, dynamic fluctuation, tempo variations and triplet rhythmic figures all in fifty-four measures. Only two special techniques are used.
