Review:      The composer of this original work with a text based on Psalms 103 and 121 has combined SATB voice and organ with optional 2 octaves of handbells. The tempo marking is "lyrically and expressively with movement" and further interest is achieved through shifting meters, noticeably 4/4 to 2/8. This meter change is the reasoning behind the level III rating. Otherwise, the rhythms are not difficult. The bell score is written alongside the other musical elements and entirely in the treble staff.
