Review:
The traditional 3/4 hymn tune, VICTORY, has been here set in 6/8 with a 3 octave handbell optional accompaniment as well as a keyboard accompaniment. The bells ring mostly dotted quarter-note chords. The meter weaves in and out of 6/8 to 3/4; a good opportunity to teach ringers how to count a steady eighth between simple and duple time. Other than that the bell part should be easily grasped.
