Review:      This original anthem takes its text from Isaiah and begins, "Return, Lord! We are your people. We are the work of Your hands." The handbell part, which requires two octaves with a few notes for four octaves, consists mainly of dotted quarter-note chords in 6/8 and 9/8 time. However, stanza four breaks these up into arpeggiations. There is an optional congregational hymn copy that may be duplicated.
