Review:
Richard Stromberg has done a masterful job of incorporating a change-ringing peal, "Plain Hunt Change," with this stalwart hymn. The peal is introduced in the beginning over a pedal point in the organ and bass bells. Then the two instruments play the hymn tune in antiphonal style. Then both peal and hymn tune are combined to satisfying effect. A truly unique presentation of this often arranged hymn. Brass ensemble is 2 trumpets, French Horn, Trombone and Tuba.
