Review:
Using a 15th Century text, this octavo was written for SA Chorus with organ and 3 bells, D5, D6 and E6. The work was composed in 1961 as the opening of a Christmas play for seventh-grade girls of the National Cathedral School in Washington, D.C. The play, which was written by Gwendolyn Coney for the occasion, was first presented on December 15 of that year.
