Review:
Sheer fun! At first glance one sees a page of black notes but the many repeated patterns make "Bellegro" within the reach of most 2-3 octave choirs. The tempo marking of quarter = 132 adds an extra challenge to the piece. A third staff helps to separate the upper register from the rest of the music for easier reading. The director must make sure to bring out the melody, especially in sections of thicker texture. Measures total 88.
