Review:
Alternating between 6/8 and 3/4 meters and accompanied by energetic LV eighth-note patterns, this sparkling arrangement of LOBE DEN HERREN is a thrilling addition to the handbell repertoire. A calm variation in the middle section provides contrast as handchimes are used to highlight the melody and a softer, flowing eighth-note pattern is used for the accompaniment. The exciting final section modulates up a step and returns to the original material, ending powerfully. Scored for 3–5 octave handbells and handchimes. 119 measures. Keys of F Major and G Major.
