Review:
William Gross has crafted a faithful arrangement of this gospel favorite. In fact, he refers to a “Country Gospel Swing” and 4/4 and 12/8, rhythms keep this gently swinging along. Ring technique and mallets are featured throughout plus there is a really nice segue from G major to Ab major. This is quite engaging and will be a terrific addition to your ensemble’s repertoire. 78 measures.
