Review:
The guidelines presented in this booklet are a product of national conferences with participants including composers, arrangers, editors, engravers, publishers, and performers of handbell music. The 10th conference was convened via Zoom meetings with a listening session including members of HMA from across the nation in September 2023, and then through focused sessions throughout 2024 and 2025. The conference was open to anyone interested in handbell and handchime notation.
