Review:
A companion to ‘COME TO THE OPERA!’ by the same composer, this three dance set is charming and much fun to perform. There is a mazurka, a nocturne and a waltz providing alternating 3/4 and 4/4 meters and tonalities of C, G and F. There are varied rhythmic patterns that offer challenges and quite a few accidentals throughout, but the 147-measure piece is definitely worth the effort.
