Review:
Need a short versatile piece that works for your instrument and skill set? This stately, original composition fits the bill with a 2-5 octave bell score with optional chimes, organ, and trumpet. The handbell score includes an optional easy chordal bell/chime part as well. Complete performance notes and options are given. The level 3 rating is given mostly for the numerous dotted eighth-sixteenth combinations and triplet rhythms; otherwise this piece is fairly easy. "A Trumpet Voluntary" will fit nicely in a graduation day service or a spring concert. Set in C Major, it is 32 measures (although a D.C. al Fine section adds to its length).
