Review:
Commissioned by the Austin Handbell Ensemble, this fast-paced original combines open texture with fresh harmonies, staccato and sustained articulations, and optional, full sets of 3-5 octaves of handchimes. Commissioned in memory of Paul Wayne Dykstra, this 130-measure composition is written in C Major, c minor, and Ab Major.
