Review:
This versatile setting of a traditional Gaelic Blessing weaves a beautiful melody and lush harmonies with the handbell or keyboard accompaniment and an oboe counter melody. It may be performed with handbells alone, or solo voice, unison choir, two part (SA), three part (SAT), or four part (SATB) voices. It may also be performed with children, youth, adults or a combination. The accompaniment may be either handbells or piano (or organ) with oboe or other C instrument. An optional text is provided for school choirs.
