Review:
This duet was written as a showpiece for the BELLTREE DUO. It uses 8 bells played four-in-hand without needing any tables and it requires advanced 4-in-hand technique. The recommended version in D major needs 4 octaves of bells. An alternate version in C major can be performed with only 3 octaves. It is recorded by the BELLTREE DUO on the Christmas 'Round the Tree CD. Written on only one line, this may require some marking of music and careful attention to keep each ringer's bells straight. Measures total 18, but a repeat stretches the piece's length.
