Review:
The handbell setting of Mozart's "Gloria" from the 12th Mass incorporates both the SATB anthem material and the instrumental accompaniment. Ringers need to differentiate between notes that are part of the melodic choral material and notes that are part of the accompaniment passages and interludes. Mozart's ornamentation has been written out for ease of interpretation and performance. Careful damping in scale passages is important, but broken-chord accompaniment passages may be treated as LV passages.
