Review:
Ten handbells, ranging from F5 to G6, although optional, are the star of this anthem highlighting the sound of bells! "Ring the Easter bells victorious for the resurrection day...." begins the text, accompanied for the majority of the work by the bells in simple rhythms and mostly unison line. It would be a good choice to include children's voices.
