Dedication
Celebrate new handbells or hand chimes – or rededicate them after years of service – with this lively hymn written specifically for such festive occasions. All sizes and levels of ringing groups may take part in the accompaniment of this SATB hymn: 5 handbell settings ranging from Level 1- very easy (half notes) and Level 1 quarter notes (with optional techniques such as marts and echoes), through Level 2 with 8th notes, to Level 3 with a chime melody inserted into the ringing score. The hymn has 4 verses, so even a skilled choir can use a different setting for each verse, paired with organ or piano if you wish. Add a guitar for an even livelier presentation. Perfect for any worship service dedicating new instruments or celebrating the musicians who ring and direct. A bulletin insert with the easily learned SATB hymn is included in the score.
Just like all ringTrue scores, this score is available in hard copy format with a beautiful cover - or as a Digital License which allows you to make copies as needed. “Dedication” was originally published by GIA in 2002. This new score is identical to the previous release.
