This inventive work for Christmas weaves three tunes together rather than stating them separately in medley fashion. The mixing of "Jesu, Joy, of Man's Desiring, The Angel Gabriel, and I Wander as I Wonder" is clever and exciting. Ringers will experience constantly changing meters (6/8, 9/8, 12/8, 15/8) and changing modalities as this complex piece develops. It will be a challenging but rewarding effort.
