Ring In the Clowns
Ringers and percussionists are encouraged to don typical clown garb (make-up, wigs, oversized shoes, ties, bright suspenders, tiny hats, etc). Ringers should emphasize silly behavior (are there ringers who need this instruction?). The Db3 player should place several handkerchiefs inside handbell prior to downbeat. There are cues for two bicycle horns to be played by two ringers, preferably one bass and one treble ringer. If done properly, this one is a real showpiece! It is 54 measures in length.
