Simple A Gift
Here is a new setting of the old shaker tune using the full 5 octave handbell choir with keyboard accompaniment. Neither part stands alone. Handbells and keyboard complement one another, each sharing the melody
(although for the piano plays the melody for most of the piece) and accompanying roles at various times during the composition. A variety of keys are utilized in this 49 measure composition.
